The cooperation in the field of teaching implies:

• exchange of experience in the development and updating of curricula and programs, technology of education in the two higher education institutions of economic and eventual exchange of documentation and literature;
• exchange of tutors for giving lecture courses with the appropriate funding;
• study of experience in the organization of educational and administrative processes;
• both the university will assist an annual exchange of student groups for training, practical training, participation in international summer schools;
• joint development and publication of training manuals, textbooks and other teaching materials.

The cooperation in the field of research implies:

• participation in conferences, symposia, seminars, meetings, round tables, discussions and so on, both in Ukraine and in Bulgaria by the invitation of the party, which organizes the event;
• organization of joint scientific, practical and methodical conferences;
• joint research studies on topical issues of the economy;
• exchange of materials for publication. The preparation and publication of joint scientific and methodical publications.
