Areas of cooperation:

• exchange of experiences on the content of higher education and cooperation activities to improve the skills, methodological level of teaching and research staff (exchange of faculty, staff and joint activities to attract native and foreign scientists on short-term and medium-term programs of professional development);
• assist in the elaboration of current trends in the development of programs of additional professional education (seminars, workshops, short-term summer and winter cultural and academic programs, and others.);
• organization and facilitating in the development of academic mobility of students by providing paid educational services (bachelor`s, master`s degrees);
• conducting joint research work on topical and mutual interest issues of science and culture, attracting representatives KazHLIU and ONEU to participate in the scientific and educational process by forming RROJECT teams (temporary creative groups with representatives from both sides);
• mutual invitation to participate in international projects, grants and programs;
• cooperation in the field of research through the organization of joint research on a mutually agreed topics, training and protection of master's, PhD`s and doctoral theses, working with candidates as research supervisors, exchange of scientists, the development of direct contacts between the departments, laboratories and other academic departments;
• conducting joint scientific-theoretical and practical conferences, including online conferences, seminars, forums, attracting the participation of professors and teaching staff, students, undergraduates;
