The cooperation in the field of research implies:

• development and exchange of educational literature, teaching materials, preparation of collective scientific monographs, methodical publications, scientific and popular publications, articles etc.;
• reviewing of scientific publications and teaching materials;
• organisation of joint scientific researches and other work in the relevant activity areas of the Parties, including aimed at providing scientific solutions to the major problems of educational system;
• involvement of students, undergraduates and graduate students in research work in the priority areas of basic and applied scientific researches;
• implementation with mutual interest in joint research and educational programs and projects;
• organization and carrying out of joint scientific, practical and methodological workshops, conferences and other events.

The cooperation in the study programs implies:

• assisting in the dissemination of information concerning methodical development, educational programs, publications of the Parties;
• academic exchange of experts in the frameworks of educational and research programs for the implementation of teaching, lecturing, conducting researches in areas of mutual interest;
• creation of the necessary conditions for the deepening of the theoretical and practical knowledge for practice;
• exchange of experience in the organization and methods of teaching with using the educational technology;
• development and implementation of training programs for tutors and staff;
• ensuring of conditions for the functioning of the educational complex of lifelong learning;
• implementation of joint projects, courses, seminars, training, retraining and advanced training of specialists.
