The cooperation in common research projects and in the study programs implies:

• exchange of teachers to implement training courses, seminars and lectures, as well as training of the teaching staff;
• exchange of teachers for training purposes;
• exchange of staff who carry out research activities;
• assist in the preparation of teaching and research staff;
• exchange of experience in the development of training courses and programs, and research on the improvement of science, technology, culture and teaching methods;
• participation in scientific events, which are held by different organizations and institutions;
• participation in joint research projects and to provide services to the scientific and technical nature of the national and international levels;
• exchange of scientific information, training, and audio and video materials, publication of scientific articles in journals of the contracting parties.
