The cooperation implies:

• research the problems of regional economy and the development of joint research projects with the possibility of obtaining financial support to the regional development agencies;
• development of regional joint research projects under the auspices of the Association of Black Sea Economic University to improve the areas of regional tourism, transport of both parties and information technology;
• motivating students to carry out the development of joint projects on both sides;
• facilitate the exchange of scientific and teaching staff between the both sides;
• facilitate the organization of joint publications of scientists and teachers on both sides.
